서비스 및 결제 안내

VIA는 여행자가 장소에 남긴 기록(Polaroid)을 공유하고, 국내 로컬 호스트가 등록한 체험 프로그램을 예약·결제할 수 있는 모바일 플랫폼입니다.

제공 서비스

  • 기록과 지도 — 방문한 장소에 사진과 글을 남기고, 다른 여행자의 기록을 지도에서 탐색합니다.
  • 코스(Layer) — 마음에 드는 장소를 순서대로 묶어 나만의 여행 경로를 만듭니다.
  • 체험 예약 — 로컬 호스트가 등록한 일시·장소·정원이 정해진 1회성 체험 프로그램을 예약합니다.

이용 요금

  • 앱 설치 및 기록·지도 기능 — 무료
  • 체험 예약 — 유료. 금액은 호스트가 체험별로 책정하며, 예약 전 앱 화면에 1인 기준 최종 결제 금액(부가세 포함)이 표시됩니다.
  • 표시된 금액 외에 이용자에게 별도로 청구되는 수수료는 없습니다. 회사는 결제 금액에서 중개 수수료를 차감한 뒤 호스트에게 정산합니다.

결제 수단

  • 신용·체크카드, 간편결제 등 결제대행사(PG)가 제공하는 수단
  • 결제는 전자금융업자인 PG사가 직접 처리하며, 회사는 카드번호 등 결제 정보를 수집·보관하지 않습니다.
  • 결제 통화는 대한민국 원(KRW)입니다.

취소 및 환불

  • 체험 시작 7일 전까지 취소 시 전액 환불
  • 3~6일 전 취소 시 결제 금액의 70% 환불
  • 1~2일 전 취소 시 결제 금액의 50% 환불
  • 체험 당일 취소 및 미참석(노쇼) 시 환불 불가
  • 호스트 사정으로 인한 취소, 기상 악화 등 불가항력 사유 발생 시 전액 환불

중개 플랫폼 고지. 회사는 통신판매중개자로서 체험 거래의 당사자가 아니며, 체험의 내용·품질·진행에 대한 책임은 해당 체험을 등록한 호스트에게 있습니다. 다만 회사는 결제 및 정산 절차를 직접 운영하며, 이용자의 취소·환불 요청을 접수하여 처리합니다.
